MYPATH CARE LLC ("MyPath.Care," "we," "us," or "our") builds a care-coordination platform for the workers' compensation ecosystem. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies on this Site. To protect our forms, we use Google reCAPTCHA, which may set cookies and collect device and usage information to tell humans and bots apart. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
