Privacy policy
How MyPath.Care collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us on this website.
MYPATH CARE LLC ("MyPath.Care," "we," "us," or "our") builds a care-coordination platform for the workers' compensation ecosystem. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit mypath.care (the "Site") or reach out to us — for example, when you schedule a demo. Protecting the information entrusted to us is core to how we operate: we build secure by design.
Overview
This policy applies to the MyPath.Care marketing website and the information you choose to share with us through it. We collect only what we need to respond to you and to keep the Site secure and reliable, and we don't sell your personal information. Your use of the Site is also governed by our Terms and Conditions.
Scope of this policy
This policy covers the MyPath.Care website and the details you submit here, such as when you request a demo or contact our team. It does not govern the MyPath.Care platform itself. Information processed inside the platform — including any protected health information (PHI) — is handled under the separate agreements we enter into with our customers, including Business Associate Agreements where applicable.
Information we collect
Information you provide
When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the details you submit: your first and last name, work email address, company, your role, and any message you choose to include.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting and security providers may automatically receive standard technical information — such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, and the pages you view. This helps us keep the Site secure, reliable, and performant.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your demo requests and inquiries.
- Schedule and deliver product walkthroughs tailored to your operation.
- Communicate with you about MyPath.Care.
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site.
- Detect and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse.
- Comply with our legal obligations.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share information only with service providers who help us run the Site and respond to you, and only as needed to provide their service:
- Email delivery. We use Postmark to deliver demo requests and messages to our team.
- Bot protection. We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from spam and abuse.
- Hosting. The Site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting and Google Cloud.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights and the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies on this Site. To protect our forms, we use Google reCAPTCHA, which may set cookies and collect device and usage information to tell humans and bots apart. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Data security
Security is foundational to MyPath.Care. We use technical and organizational safeguards — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect the information you share with us.
Data retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business purposes, such as follow-up, recordkeeping, and legal compliance. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information — such as the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict its use, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below and we'll respond in line with applicable law.
